To create and maintain your s786 Player Account; to verify your identity and age (21+ requirement); to authenticate your login sessions including two-factor authentication; to process deposits and withdrawals in PKR via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and other supported methods; and to maintain your transaction and game history records.

To fulfil s786's obligations under its international gaming licence, including player due diligence requirements, AML transaction monitoring, responsible gaming obligation reporting, and cooperation with regulatory investigations or audits. s786 is required by its licence to retain certain player records for defined periods regardless of account status.

Aggregated and anonymised analytics data derived from Player behaviour is used to improve Platform performance, identify and resolve technical issues, and optimise the gaming experience for Pakistani users. Individual player data used for analytics is anonymised before aggregation where technically feasible.

Where a Player has explicitly opted in to receive marketing communications, s786 may send information about new games, promotional offers, bonus events, and platform updates via SMS to your registered Pakistani mobile number or via email. Players may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting s786 support — opt-out requests are processed within 5 business days.

s786 does not sell personal data. s786 shares personal data only in the following defined circumstances:

s786 engages third-party service providers who process personal data on s786's behalf under contractual data processing agreements. These providers include: payment processing services (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and banking partners); KYC and identity verification service providers; fraud detection and risk management services; game software providers (who may receive anonymised session data for game performance monitoring); and cloud infrastructure providers hosting the s786 Platform.
