In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
References to singular include plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between s786 and each Player with respect to use of the Platform.
Use of the s786 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older. This age restriction is absolute and applies regardless of the laws of any jurisdiction in which the Player is located. s786 conducts age verification at the point of withdrawal and may request age verification documentation at any time. Any Account found to be operated by a person under 21 will be immediately closed, all Real Money Balance will be returned, and all Bonus Funds and winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited.
To register a Player Account on s786, you must:
s786 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence; proof of residential address dated within 90 days; and evidence of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified in the verification request may result in Account suspension, withdrawal holds, or Account closure. Verification is mandatory before any withdrawal above Rs 25,000 is processed.
Players warrant that all information provided at registration and thereafter is truthful, accurate, and kept up to date. s786 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate Account information. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their Account credentials, including their password, two-factor authentication codes, and any device access to the s786 Platform. s786 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to an Account resulting from a Player's failure to maintain adequate security of their login credentials.
Players must notify s786 immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their Account by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of such notification, s786 will take reasonable steps to secure the Account, including temporary suspension and forced password reset. Account sharing with other individuals is strictly prohibited, including between family members residing at the same address.
s786 reserves the right to log out any active session and require re-authentication where suspicious activity is detected. Players accessing the Platform from Pakistan on multiple devices concurrently may be subject to additional security checks.
s786 accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa card, Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrencies. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit on s786 is Rs 500 (five hundred Pakistani Rupees) for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions. Minimum deposits for bank transfer and card methods are Rs 1,000 and Rs 2,000 respectively. Cryptocurrency minimum deposits are displayed in the cashier at time of transaction and are expressed in the relevant cryptocurrency denomination.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to Player Accounts instantly upon confirmation from the respective payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 1–2 business hours. Card deposits are credited instantly subject to authorisation by the issuing bank. s786 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, Players should verify whether their payment provider applies any transaction fees.
Players are solely responsible for ensuring that funds deposited to s786 are from legitimate, personally-owned sources. Deposits originating from third-party accounts, business accounts, or funds obtained through illegal activity are strictly prohibited. s786 reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds checks on any deposit and to freeze funds pending investigation.
Withdrawals from a Player's Real Money Balance are available at any time subject to: (a) the Player's Account being fully verified in accordance with Section 2.3; (b) no active dispute, investigation, or Account restriction being in place; and (c) the withdrawal amount meeting the applicable minimum threshold. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly — they must first be converted to Real Money Balance through completion of the applicable Wagering Requirement.
s786 targets the following processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals — within 5 (five) minutes of approval; bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank — within 2 (two) hours; card withdrawals — within 3–5 business days subject to the issuing bank's processing schedule. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes subject to network confirmation times. These timescales represent s786's operational targets and are not contractual guarantees; delays resulting from third-party payment provider issues are outside s786's control.
s786 applies a withdrawal-to-source policy for anti-money laundering compliance. Withdrawals will, where technically possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Where this is not possible, s786 will conduct additional verification before processing withdrawal to an alternative method.
All casino games available on the s786 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for RNG-based games, and live dealer games use physical game outcomes overseen by trained dealers in licensed studios. All game outcomes on s786 are determined independently of the Platform's commercial interests — neither s786 nor any affiliated party can manipulate game outcomes.
Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all s786 games represent theoretical long-run averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee specific outcomes over any individual session. Players acknowledge that all gambling involves risk and that past performance does not predict future results.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a gaming session — including disconnection, software error, or server failure — any game round that cannot be completed and verified will be deemed void. Stakes wagered in void rounds will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance. Winnings generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning game round are not payable.
Sports betting markets on s786 are governed by individual sport-specific rules available within each betting market. In the event of conflict between sport-specific rules and these general Terms, the sport-specific rules prevail with respect to bet settlement only.
s786 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and reload bonuses. All bonuses are subject to individual promotional terms stated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus terms contained in this Section 7.
Unless otherwise stated in the individual promotional terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 35x (thirty-five times) the bonus amount before withdrawal eligibility is granted. Wagering Requirements must be completed within 30 (thirty) calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Account. Bonus Funds not wagered within this period will be automatically removed from the Account without replacement.
Not all games contribute equally to Bonus Fund wagering requirements on s786. Standard slot games contribute 100% of wager value. Live casino games (blackjack, baccarat, roulette) contribute 10%. Video poker and specialty games contribute 20%. Sports betting contributes 25% on pre-match markets and 15% on in-play markets. Games may be excluded from bonus wagering entirely; excluded games are listed in the individual promotional terms.
s786 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where a Player is found to have engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk offsetting bets to reduce wagering risk; coordinating bonus strategies across multiple accounts; or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the offer. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at s786's sole discretion.
Players may hold only one active bonus at any given time on their s786 Account. Opting into a new bonus while a Wagering Requirement from a previous bonus is outstanding will result in the forfeiture of the previous bonus. Players are advised to complete wagering on active bonuses before claiming new promotional offers.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the s786 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms, subject to immediate Account closure and potential reporting to relevant authorities:
s786 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities in investigations of suspected fraudulent activity. Any funds associated with prohibited activity will be frozen pending investigation and may be permanently forfeited.
s786 reserves the right to suspend or close any Player Account with immediate effect, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) the Account holder being identified as under 21 years of age; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; (d) engagement in prohibited activities as defined in Section 8; (e) at the Player's own request; (f) as required by s786's licensing obligations or applicable law; or (g) where continued provision of Services to a Player is deemed commercially or legally inadvisable at s786's sole discretion.
Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms or fraud, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player using the most recently used withdrawal method within 10 business days of closure.
Players wishing to close their own Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting s786 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. A Player who has voluntarily closed their Account and subsequently wishes to re-register is required to pass full KYC verification before a new Account is approved.

No content from the s786 Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or used in any commercial context without the prior written consent of s786.
Game content available on s786 is licensed from third-party game studios and remains the intellectual property of those studios. Players receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use game content solely for personal entertainment purposes through their registered s786 Account.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, s786 shall not be liable to any Player for: indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; loss of profits or gaming winnings resulting from circumstances outside s786's reasonable control; losses arising from a Player's use of the Platform in violation of these Terms; or losses arising from third-party payment provider failures, interruptions, or errors.
s786's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Balance deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit s786's liability for: death or personal injury caused by s786's negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by s786; or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The s786 Platform is provided "as available" without warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. s786 will endeavour to maintain 99.8% Platform uptime but cannot guarantee this standard in all circumstances, including during scheduled maintenance or force majeure events.
s786 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-Account notification at least 14 (fourteen) days before the amendments take effect, unless the change is required by applicable law or regulatory obligation, in which case shorter notice may be given.
Continued use of the s786 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version of these Terms is always available on the s786 website and is dated with its effective date at the top of this document. Players who do not accept amended Terms must close their Account before the amendment effective date.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which s786's operator holds its gaming licence. s786 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly through its internal complaints procedure.
Players who have a complaint regarding s786's Services should contact s786 support in the first instance. If a complaint is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction through the internal complaints procedure, Players may escalate their complaint to the relevant dispute resolution body as specified under s786's gaming licence. Nothing in this Section affects any statutory rights that a Player may have that cannot be waived or modified by contract. These Terms do not purport to exclude any rights that Players are entitled to by law.
